Driving me crazy

How is it that some folks do not realize that the faster they drive, the more frequently they have to fill their gas tank? Does driving fast to get around someone only to slam on the break twenty feet down the road because of the next person in line make much sense? I do not believe that it does, but I do believe that it causes more stress than is necessary (although it is quite funny to watch). I think the maximum speed limit needs to be reduced, the government needs to add on an additional tax to gasoline, and speed limits must be enforced (maybe not stringently, but folks driving ten or more miles over the speed limit are a hazard). Maybe new technology will come out, and license plates will have an embedded radio frequency ID chip embedded in them, making pursuit a thing of the past. That way, if a cop zaps you with is radar gun and you are going over the speed limit, he doesn't even have to chase you. Big brother isn't all bad... only when he gets carried away.

Anyway, folks, make this season a little less stressful and slow down. You'll thank me later.
